Linguistic Single-Valued Neutrosophic Multi-Criteria Group Decision Making Based on Personalized Individual Semantics and Consensus

In practical linguistic multi-criteria group decision-making (MCGDM) problems, words may indicate different meanings for various decision makers (DMs), and a high level of consensus indicates that most the members are satisfied with final solution. This study aims at developing novel framework considers personalized individual semantics (PISs) DMs to tackle single-valued neutrosophic MCGDM problems. First, discrimination measure numbers (LSVNNs) is proposed, based on which discrimination-based optimization model built assign numerical scales (PNSs). Second, an extended consensus-based constructed identify weights considering consensus. Then, overall evaluations all alternatives obtained LSVNN aggregation operator ranking alternatives. Finally, results illustrative example, sensitivity comparative analysis presented verify feasibility effectiveness proposed method.
